The year that was, and the connections and continuities that endure. This year end note is a gallery of academic and community engagements, each marking a month and movement through the year from left-to-right, top-to-bottom, January-December 2024: the MA Seminar on the Future of Human and Digital; PhD Seminar on Feminist and Queer Worldmaking; end notes on Pronoun and Chosen Name Sheet from the Just Futures Co-lab; the title of our co-edited volume (with Ashley Caranto Morford and Arun Jacob) on Anti-colonial Digital Humanities Praxis and Pedagogy (forthcoming from punctum books); the launch of MA Contemporary Art Practice Program at Srishti Manipal; the welcome address slide at the 2024 University of Victoria Digital Humanities Summer Institute, upholding the promise we made to ourselves in 2019; the cover of Queer Bibliography volume, corresponding to the UCLA conference by the same title—and through which I found new comrades; our contributions to Dariah Teach (re: Social Justice and DH); the MA seminar on Archival Activism and my corresponding transdisciplinary research offering on Queer- and Trans-Feminist DH and Critical Making; a special topics co-editorial note (with Danica Savonick) on Digital Pedagogy as Feminist Worldmaking for Reviews in DH; and my participation as a reviewer and panel member at the 2024 SEA Undergraduate Research Symposium.

In no way is the above gallery a comprehensive summary of all I did, experienced, and learnt in 2024—and if anything, each image constitutes an important reminder of the work that lies ahead and a shout-out to the people who make this praxis both possible and joyful.
